Vey easy, no hassle deal. I went to the dealership to look at a new truck. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted by Adam at the front door. Adam and Brent Smith then very I went to the dealership to look at a new truck. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted by Adam at the front door. Adam and Brent Smith then very patiently walked me through the options and found what I was looking for. After some short negotiation's on a price, I went home with a 2020 Ford Ranger. These salesmen and the rest of the dealership made it simple for me to make this purchase right here in town. Very pleased! More

Getting Routine Service I brought my 2019 Flex for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was met in the queue by service attendant Xavier Norman. Big smile, great attitude, I brought my 2019 Flex for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was met in the queue by service attendant Xavier Norman. Big smile, great attitude, and very welcoming and personable! I waited inside the dealership and enjoyed some delicious hot coffee. After the service, which took less time than I expected, Xavier explained the work that was performed to my Flex. I left feeling satisfied and like I got a good deal. This is my third good experience with Cookeville Ford and I intend to continue servicing my Flex here. More
