Great Experience We came to Ford to test drive some Ford Fusions. When we got out of the car we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Mike McCoin! While there he let us test drive 3 different cars! He was very patient! He was never pushy!! He took his time with us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. He said he had not been working there long but he did an excellent job!! We ended up not buying any of the cars but it was not because he did not try to get us the deal we wanted!! I would recommend Ford and Mike to anyone!! Thank you for helping us!! More

This past weekend I went to the Chevy Dealer and walked out depressed thinking there was no way I could get a car with what I had to work with. I went over to the Ford Lincoln of Cookeville Dealership and left with a 3 year old Escape in awesome condition. The Salesmen was honestly concerned with my problems, and did every thing he could to get me into a suitable car. They offer Free Lifetime Car washes, which is a nice perk. Normally I break sales men chops just on principle but there was no way I could rattle this guy, every objection, even the most tiny and ridiculous ones were addressed and taken care of, as if they were earth shattering !!! His attitude was , if it was important to his client than it was important to him as well ! I will purchase all my cars from there from now on. More

Misleading and Dishonest , wasting lots of my time and money.! On 7-23-16 I stopped to look at a 2004 Dodge Vin 3D3MU48C14G264221 and Jason) a salesman showed me the truck. We , wasting lots of my time and money.! On 7-23-16 I stopped to look at a 2004 Dodge Vin 3D3MU48C14G264221 and Jason) a salesman showed me the truck. We didn't agree on a price so I left. He called me approx 20 minutes later with a price that I agreed with and said he would do some kind of warranty on the truck even tho they usually do not do that. I told Jason the salesman on 7-25-16 that I was working out of town and he said if I had my Wife to bring him a check for the full amount of $20,467.39) that the truck would be mine and all I had to do was come pick the truck up at my convenience. So on 7-25-2016 approx 2 hours after speaking to Jason my wife delivered the check. My wife took off work and traveled to Cookeville, TN to take them a check for the full amount. After the check was delivered, Jason calls and tells me the truck Must be picked up by the weekend. I was working in Cincinnati and took a day off from work on 7-28-2016 to travel to Cookeville, Tn to pick (MY) truck up. When I get to the dealership I was told the truck was Sold at 7am before I arrived.! (Sales hours are 9am-8pm) I was offered condolences and a full tank of fuel and $100 Dollar gift card. Or offered a 2010 ram truck for 7,000 more to settle up with me. I had took off work and drove 277 miles to get there in my old truck that gets 10 mpg, 100 dollars and one 1/4 tank never justifies the trouble or money wasted. I had already purchased 6 months insurance, plus got a loan on the truck at the bank to cover the 20,467.39 check I wrote them. I had also paid my dad fuel money to drive me from Albany, ky at my home to Cookeville to get the truck. Now I am out of pocket several hundred dollars, I have a loan on a truck I do not have, and I have purchased insurance on a truck I do not have. Later on 7-28-2016 I called the dealer asking about the same truck that was listed online and was told it was still available! More

LIARS, SHADY, AND SNEAKY - BUYERS BEWARE!! This dealership worked a deal on a vehicle for me, and apparently traded it out to another dealership the very day I was going up to purchase it. Instead of being honest with me, after asking for $500 to "hold" the vehicle, the sales associate lied and told me it was sold, 20 minutes before I was to leave to get it. However, I only discovered it was traded by sheer coincidence when looking for another vehicle. The when I asked the SA about it, he claimed he "didn't understand." The will try to scam you for money and lie to get you into the dealership. More

Told a price then went back on their word Emailed the dealer online about a specific mustang. Told in email that they could get me in the car out the door for $17,000. After showing the email they still would not give the price and said they could only go down to $20,000. I had proof in email yet they still wouldn't give me that price. Horrible Experience I recently purchased a used vehicle that was advertised as a dependable family vehicle. I had the vehicle only 4.days before I was being pushed acros I recently purchased a used vehicle that was advertised as a dependable family vehicle. I had the vehicle only 4.days before I was being pushed across a busy road to find out the vehicle was almost completely out of oil and needed a fuel pump plus another piece that had to be sent to a different state costing around $1000.... When I contacted Ford they stated the owner of the dealership is very difficult to get ahold of and they could not do anything without the owners approval.. obviously there was no mechanical assessment done before advertising the car as dependable. I am a mother of two young children. I work two jobs to provide for my family, and now I am sitting here with a useless vehicle. I will never use Ford again. I trusted that a large dealership would not sale junk to anyone. I was wrong. Buyer Beware!!! Go down the road to the next dealership in town. More

Upon arrival I met Jason McClellan who was a professional from the start not a pushy salesman you normally get. He showed us a few cars and nothing really stood out. He went to the used car Manager Luis Angiano who met with us about finding a vehicle from a sister site or from the auction. We were nervous about making such a purchase but Luis made us feel good about it and said "If I get a Vehicle and It doesn't meet our standard or yours you have no obligation" He then printed off several vehicles and we selected a Chrysler Town and Country. He sent a driver to pick it up in Florida to find that it passed the sale inspection but failed when the driver left to bring it back to Tennessee. This is where we felt the dealership made the difference instead of masking the problems we got a phone call from Luis stating "The Van has a transmission problem and we will return it and I will look for another deal for you" This he did and after several vehicles he found a 2008 Honda Odyssey for us. Let me tell you the pictures sent did not do this Van justice it was near perfect. Then comes the deal with the Finance Manager Matt Crabtree who was amazing and not a pushy you gotta have this and that and if you don't kinda guy. Instead he made a few recommendations and that was it. This was probably the most comfortable car buying and trading experience I have had. These Guys Are Worth A Visit If you are looking to buy a new Car, Truck or Van!!!! ????? More
