David Martin (my sales rep.) was professional in every respect, easy to work with and not pushy at all. They found the exact vehicle I was hoping for and Z o o m I was taking delivery of my new F350. In the delivery as we were going over the operations of this awesome ride the GM Mr. Root came out to check on us and noticed my old license plate being transferred was dirty from the trade in ( I hadn't washed-lol) He called out for his cleanup crew to shine it up as well and expressed to me how pleased he and the team were to have my business. Problems with remote key We had a problem with a key for a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Made an appointment and they said we needed A new key. Without thinking the key would equal a mtg payment we said ok. The cost was $331.23! Needless to say we were amazed that a key could cost that much. I think that is just crazy that anyone could charge that much for a key replacement. We talked to the manager and he stated that was the cost. More
