Engine replaced in my F-150 Engine replaced, had truck for 7 weeks. Did not get updates, had to call to find out. Truck was ready today (March 15), found out by calling. Service Engine replaced, had truck for 7 weeks. Did not get updates, had to call to find out. Truck was ready today (March 15), found out by calling. Service person I talked to had to call me back because she had no clue the status of my vehicle. I'm just wondering why the work that was done on vehicle before I purchased it was not reported? The owner before me had work done on truck at a dealership that their service department put some parts on wrong. Good thing these guys don't work on a NASCAR pit crew. More
