I've scheduled twice to get a warranty item repaired (part in stock) but the tech is always behind, even after leaving it for several days. Whats the point of scheduling it weeks out, leaving it for day (part in stock) but the tech is always behind, even after leaving it for several days. Lack of integrity. Purchased pre owned and took back within a cpl weeks over concerns. was told all is normal.....Nope not even close.
