One part fell off the undercarriage and a second was barely holding on. Bad oil change people in another state. Ford of Columbia took the dangling part off, inspected for any problems. Who does that anymore? Regrettably, they did not have the needed part. Gave me the ok to drive with recommendation to get the part and have it installed aty hometown dealer. Not happy with the time it took to change my oil. I had an an appointment @ 9:00 and I was told it would be ready at 9:45 -- 10:00, it took 2 hours. That is ridiculous. they must think that they are a DRS office and book multiple appointments for the same time. I was late taking my child to day school. My time is as important as yours.I will use a different place to change my oil in the future. Not a happy customer. More

Purchased a used Ford Explorer in September. I also purchased the warranty. It needed tires replaced, which they did. I had it two weeks and the torque converter went out. I love it, runs and drives great. Took it in for the oil change and the tech found a leak at the water pump and rear trans axel….. It was fixed in 2 days. Warranty paid for it. The tech David knew what he was doing and did an awesome job. While he was doing the water pump we had them do the timing chain. Warranty covered their part, we covered our, no problems. Would definitely buy from them again with confidence. More
