When called in to correct, Chris seemed argumentative at first, he was frustrated that I had already talked to him twice that day regarding needed. When my husband was called by the service tech, my husband had to once again correct the service that we actually wanted. Three different times we told them we did not want an oil change. My husband was extremely pleased with the service with service tech and everyone else when he picked up the car. More
