The service department has very poor communication with clients. I have had two different ones and both were very poor communicators. The second was the wrong guy for the job. my service went very well as i brought the car in and discussed with the advisor what i wanted. unsatisfied with the time it took to look at our truck and the inability to find what the problem was.
