I had a new set of tires installed while I waited. The time required was very close to what the Service Rep told me to expect. Made it Right! I bought a 2018 Mustang without driving it on the Interstate because the Interstate is 10 miles from the dealership. When I drove it home on the Inte I bought a 2018 Mustang without driving it on the Interstate because the Interstate is 10 miles from the dealership. When I drove it home on the Interstate I noticed it had a bad vibration over 70 mph. They had put new tires on it and thought maybe they were out of balance. Took it back 2 times and they were unable to fix it. I told Doug, the manager, I did not want the car if they could not fix it. He asked me to leave it so that the mechanics could spend some time looking for the problem. The problem was it had a bad transmission. At that point I told him I did not want the car and he needed to trade me out. Fortunately they had a 2019 Mustang and agreed to trade it out. It cost me more money, but I love the new car. I don't know how many dealerships would have done that since the 2018 was an As Is sale and they may have been able to fix it. Doug was very professional and worked with me and made it right. I think that says a lot for his integrity and the dealership. Rick, my sales rep, Devin the Service Manager and Doug are all great and I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to buy a Ford! More

Easiest buying experence we've ever had Shortly after Christmas 2019 I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a vehicle after a deer totaled my Pathfinder. After looking at several u Shortly after Christmas 2019 I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a vehicle after a deer totaled my Pathfinder. After looking at several used trucks at several different dealerships, I found online what looked to be my perfect F150 at Ford of Columbia. I inquired about it on their website, and shortly thereafter, Michael Baker reached out to me. That evening, I met Michael at the dealership, drove the truck and knew that I had found the one. Getting the deal done was easy, and there was no unnecessary back and forth. Michael was very upfront about the best price they could do on the truck, and since it was the truck I wanted and a price that we could do, we started the paperwork while we waited for my wife to get there. Once the deal was finalized my wife and I sat down with Steve Dohoney to sign all of the paperwork and make it official. As we went through everything, Steve mentioned an extended warranty. But there was absolutely no pressure to get it, just laid the facts out there. We have never purchased an extended warranty on any previous vehicles, but this one has so many more bells and whistles, and therefore electronics and computers, that we decided to buy it. Once everything was signed, they handed us the keys and out the door we went. No stress, no fuss, and only a couple of hours. So overall an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy there again. More
