We are so pleased with our new (to us) Explorer and the help from AJ. He was wonderful to work with - honest, patient, to the point and made the process smooth and easy. help from AJ. He was wonderful to work with - honest, patient, to the point and made the process smooth and easy. More
The service department has really gone done in the last few years. I have a very low rating of this dealership. After 3 days in the service department I got my F150 pickup back without it being repaired. When I brought it back, it somehow became my problem and not the days in the service department I got my F150 pickup back without it being repaired. When I brought it back, it somehow became my problem and not the mechanic's. They clamed it was fixed, but less than one mile down the road it started to misfire again. I turned around and brought it back. Service claimed I would have to leave it again and there would be more costs. I left and found a good local auto service business that fixed the problem at about 75% of the cost from Ford Of Columbia. They will never get my business again. More
