We didn’t have a bad buying experience. When my car was cleaned up which all that was done was the numbers taken off. Was told it would be cleaned and washed. That didn’t happen. What did happen is my personal property was stolen. The guy that was supposed to clean my car stole instead. I did get back what was stolen but how crappy is that. Buy a car then get your property stolen when it was “being cleaned”! I didn’t do anything but get my item back and it was admitted that it was stolen. I also had to drive back to get w no apologies that was also bother some. No manger came out to say sorry or anything. Just the sales man gave me my property back. I’m not a karen so like I said I received my item and went about my day but I do regret not saying more. I hope they fired the theft but the way it was handled on my end makes me believe it wasn’t the first time nor did it seem like anything would even happen to the thief. That’s my experience with ford of Columbia. No I would not recommend unless you want to take the chance of getting your property stolen. More
Rudest salesman ever. Another salesman told us we could peek inside the truck that Casey was in, even though it had already been sold. Bought a 2017 Ford Lariat, first day we drove it noticed the heat in the driver's seat did not work so we took it back to the dealership, they ordered the parts and told us to bring it in , they kept the tr the heat in the driver's seat did not work so we took it back to the dealership, they ordered the parts and told us to bring it in , they kept the truck for almost 2 weeks, Now we are under a recall for Cam phasers, We took our truck in in September and they reprogrammed it but it didn't work so they told us that they would have to go inside the motor and they would order all the parts and they would then schedule an appointment to fix it, went back in October and they said they had them all except 1 gasket, They would call, never heard from them so we went back from them, went back they assured us that it would be fixed before Thanksgiving, That date came and went, called again was told that they had a certain guy that did this kind of recall and he quit but. After the first of the year he would call us to schedule, So we have gone back many times .The last excuse is that the were moving and just as soon as the shop was set up our truck would be the first in to be fixed. Well never happened, Went up again and the Service Manager set up an appointment . Told me a 5 day job. Should have got it back yesterday but went and looked last night and it is still sitting in the back lot. Called this morning and talked to a guy who I don't tell we knew it wasn't in the service bay and he said they were having a problem getting some bolts out , That it would be a little longer, Going Monday to speak to the General Manager and then to hire a lawyer. The people are a joke, and can't tell the truth, More
