We purchased a 2020 Lexus RX350 and are loving it. Our sales guy, Chris White, was helpful and answered our questions about the vehicle. unsatisfied with the time it took to look at our truck and the inability to find what the problem was. I was told at the time of the appointment it would take 3 hours ant they would contact me with the d and the inability to find what the problem was. I was told at the time of the appointment it would take 3 hours ant they would contact me with the diagnostic report. It was 3 PM before I was able to talk to anyone about the issue i had dispite several calls I made to get some sort of an answer. I was told someone would contact me and that never happened because they were too busy to bother. More
