Our vehicle has been in the service department Ford of Clermont twice for the same things to be repaired you have to call them to check on your vehicle and when you do I suggest you pray you dont get disc Clermont twice for the same things to be repaired you have to call them to check on your vehicle and when you do I suggest you pray you dont get disconnected because odds are when you call back you will only get voice mail....and then your chances of winning the Florida Lottery are far greater than getting a return phone call. The day we went to pick up my wifes vehicle all 3 people in the service department were rude and unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe that atmosphere. one of the three problems were fixed when I asked about the other two issues we were told that The service departments tests and findings were "inconclusive". These repairs are covered under warranty......you know the extended warranty they pressure you into. We voiced our concerns to Mike who we were dealing with and he simply could not be more disinterested, after speaking with his supervisor about his attitude his supervisor stated " I'm sure he didnt mean anything by it it was just the testosterone between the two of you. How comical.........in my 40 years I have never been treated like this as a customer anywhere..............not even at WalMart. NEVER AGAIN FORD OF CLERMONT.......NEVER EVER AGAIN. I'll go to any Ford dealer in the state before I drive onto their lot. More
