They eventually fixed the problem So, my BRAND NEW 2019 Mustang GT was in the shop for a noise from the rear end...They changed the rear diff fluid, repacked the clutch-pack (after hav So, my BRAND NEW 2019 Mustang GT was in the shop for a noise from the rear end...They changed the rear diff fluid, repacked the clutch-pack (after having to wait three days for the "special tool"), and then replaced the drive shaft (after having to wait five days for it to be shipped from Detroit)...In the end, I thing this is more a Ford corporate problem than a Clermont Ford problem, but I was without my car for two weeks. RADIO WAS PUT IN NOT WORKING STILL SERVICE TECH DID SEVERAL TEST AND CALLED FORD ,HE ADVISED FORD PARTS STILL NO SOUND, SEVERAL MORE CHECKS FOUND OUT NEW RADIO WAS BAD SENT BACK GOT ANOTHER NEW RADIO, PUT IT IN MY CAR ON 8/16/19 IT WORKED GOT MY CAR BACK AFTER 11 DAYS. RON ADVSED ME EVERY STEP AND I WAS INFORMED DAILY. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY T TOOK 11 DAYS FOR A RADO TO BE NSTALLED THAT WORK PUT NOT RON FAULT. I AM SATISFIED TODAY AND HOPEFULLY RADO WLL WORK FOR THE REST OF THE LIFE OF MY CAR. THANKS RON FOR KEEPNG ME INFORMED, NO THANKS TO FORD FOR SENDNG NEW PARTS THAT ARE NO GOOD. A couple of uncomfortable, not too happy experiences there. Parts department had always been great. My last visit was with Kristine my service adviser. Kristine was AWESOME!! Disappointed, Yet AGAIN Took my car into have Air Conditioning work done and an oil change. They had the car for TWO WEEKS trying to address the issue. The majority of the ti Took my car into have Air Conditioning work done and an oil change. They had the car for TWO WEEKS trying to address the issue. The majority of the time was wasted due to their Air Conditioning Evacuation machine breaking not once, but twice. Also, and more distressing, all that time they had my car, they NEVER got around to doing my oil change as requested. When I asked about that the service writer looked puzzled and then admitted he just forgot about it. Great Job Clermont Ford!!! More
