The dealership could not have been more helpful. I had a mechanical problem on the road and Robert Whitten was very involved. He contacted local dealerships and worked with the service managers to help resolve the problem. It’s a shame that Ford Roadside Assistance and Ford Corporation completely dropped the ball. Customer service with the corporation does not exist. I would suggest that Ford send their people to either Toyota or Honda distributor ships to fully understand customer relationships. Because Ford’s Corporate philosophy towards the consumer is so poor, I don’t think I would ever purchase their product again. More

Had an appointment at 10:00am. I was there promptly on time. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would be at least an hour. I thought It would actually take about an hour total. time. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would be at least an hour. I thought It would actually take about an hour total. With in the first hour people walked in and left within that hour. My truck never moved. Finally they took the truck and an hour later was complete. So what’s the point of making an appointment? It does no good and serves no purpose. I should have walked in just like the rest of the people. More

At the beginning they look at us like we were a wasted time till the ram credit and see we were a potential buyer, We got a car, next day i took my truck back because folding my side mirrors got broken, n time till the ram credit and see we were a potential buyer, We got a car, next day i took my truck back because folding my side mirrors got broken, no the glass just a plastic thing, I told them what happened same sale guy told me they have to cover because is a brand new vehicle, I took it to service, lady told yes we can fixed it, next day they called me telling me that I have to paid almost $700 for the replacement because was my “fault” because my side mirrors are automatic folding ( they are not automatic at all) she thought I was dumb person... now I have a 2021 brand new Truck with a broken side mirror because they didn’t want to fix a factory defective thing! I drove 2hr 30min on Wednesday to get a trade appraisal on two of my vehicles so I could trade them in for an f-150 or f-250. It is now Tuesday with no update and no info. Keep in mind I sent a credit app on two of my vehicles so I could trade them in for an f-150 or f-250. It is now Tuesday with no update and no info. Keep in mind I sent a credit app before I drove that way so everything would be ready. This is the worst dealer I’ve worked with. What dealer can’t get a trade in value same day, ok maybe they can’t to same day because of the bike but why not next day? On top of that I couldn’t get ahold of anyone till Friday and the only reason they called was because I was told that everyone is busy with customers. Yeah at this point I can tell I don’t matter as a customer because no phone calls for that first two days, no emails, no updates all weekend, I have to keep calling for any info that I’m told no one is available and I have to keep calling. Don’t waste your time with this dealer. More
