Good afternoon, my name is Jesus Ferrer and the reason for this email is that I want to let you know how disappointed I am to have changed my cars to the Ford brand, I don't know if it will be because of for this email is that I want to let you know how disappointed I am to have changed my cars to the Ford brand, I don't know if it will be because of the brand or the dealer since I first bought an explorer 2020 on which I have not problems, however there is a piece that should have been changed for a long time and it was not done since the service is GARBAGE and they never paid attention to it, finally and I think it is my worst disappointment is that I changed my RAM 1500 2019 truck for a 2021 ford sport and which presented a fault in the rear seat belt and which took it 3 times without receiving an answer about the fault, (every time I bring the truck I had to live it for 3 or 4 days and had to rent a truck to keep working) until at one point they tried to tell me that this was not a big deal The last time I was able to take it, they said they would order the part from Ford and as soon as it arrived they would call me to change it. This happened almost 3 months ago and it's not just that they didn't call me, it's that when I called they didn't answer me and when they did they said they would call me back, again I have been waiting for that call for almost 3 months, in the end I was able to solve my problem taking the truck to another dealer specifically Jarret Gordon in Davenport if I had known that all this was going to happen, first I would not have changed my truck that it had absolutely no defects, secondly I would have changed it for any other brand except ford and finally if I make that mistake I will never go to ford of Clermont since the attention in the service department is a real FILTH, I must say a truth, the seller who is a young person named Fernando treated me wonderfully or rather the sales staff is very efficient and attentive but what they do with their hands, service destroys with their feet and finally and the truth is I don't know if you cared but to me if it is that I never buy a ford car again and if I’ll do it it will never be in ford of Clermont, thanks and have a good day More

I specified I live almost 2 hours away and didn’t want to waste any time, yet they failed to mention $5500 in dealer fees. The $37,000 car which I drove two hours to look at was actually $42,500. I understand most dealers charge a fee. I would have paid $1000 dealer fee but $5500 is mind blowing and highly offensive. I Wasted 5 hours of my life! Don’t do the same!!! More

I left with a signed purchase agreement, left a deposit, and all the proper Ford Customer Order Verification Process paperwork. After nearly 11.5 months the truck finally was delivered to Ford of Clermont on August 09, 2022. Yesterday, August 10th, 2022, I went in to complete the transaction. The salesman presented me with a purchase order with a price increase of $5386, after taxes and fees were adjusted the total increase is $6071. During the 11.5 month wait no one from Ford of Clermont contacted me to tell me the purchase agreement would not be honored and that I was to expect a price increase. When I met with the manager, he first told me it was because Ford increased prices, but when I pulled out the price protection documentation the attitude changed for the worse and I was told that it was not a good deal for the store, that Ford of Clermont changed owners, and that they are not obligated to honor any agreements. I would highly recommend not doing business with Ford of Clermont based off the experience and way I have been treated. More

This dealership uses robots to respond to all emails. They set up an appointment after confirming that the car is available. When I arrived at the place the car was sold. Will never go there again! Called the service dept. to get my sunroof repaired some transmission issues looked at and some TSB's fixed. The gentleman on the phone got my car mixed up with a different vehicle several times telling me that my transmission would not be under warranty (vehicle has 29,000 miles and is a 2019) I said that I thought it was up to 60,000 for the drivetrain. He the said "oh yes that is right I have your car mixed up with a different one". So after waiting a week for the appointment I drive up and check in only to find out that he didn't have me scheduled. I was not in the system at all. So the service advisor said he wouldn't be able to get to it till the next day. I asked about a rental car and he said they didnt have any. I have the Ford Premium Care that I paid dearly for and even though it guarantee's a rental car if they need your car over night, not at Ford Of Clermont. The service advisor there seemed to be preoccupied and while I was trying to explain all my issues again since they did not have my appointment he said " We will just hook it to the computer and see what codes pop up" . I was not impressed with the lack of concern, my issues of the rental car or ..... Took my truck back and will make an appt. somewhere else. More

My situation wasn't great when I dropped my expedition off and she went over and beyond to ensure I was "in the know" on what my problems were and helped to ensure the issues were fi dropped my expedition off and she went over and beyond to ensure I was "in the know" on what my problems were and helped to ensure the issues were fixed to my satisfaction. They identified the issues quickly, and worked with me on cost parts and labor given the repair was so expensive. Thank you Kristine and the team at Ford of Clermont, I really appreciate all the help in getting my Expedition back on the road. More
