They had it fixed in the morning and delivered to car to our door instead of having us make the long trip to them an extra time. You read that right - they delivered the car to us, without us even asking. Greg the Finance Manager was also very helpful and worked with us to get the monthly payment to an amount we could work with. This is the second car we have purchased from Ford of Clermont, and you can bet we will return. We highly recommend this dealership. More

They eventually fixed the problem So, my BRAND NEW 2019 Mustang GT was in the shop for a noise from the rear end...They changed the rear diff fluid, repacked the clutch-pack (after hav So, my BRAND NEW 2019 Mustang GT was in the shop for a noise from the rear end...They changed the rear diff fluid, repacked the clutch-pack (after having to wait three days for the "special tool"), and then replaced the drive shaft (after having to wait five days for it to be shipped from Detroit)...In the end, I thing this is more a Ford corporate problem than a Clermont Ford problem, but I was without my car for two weeks. Good dealership though... More
