Took weeks to get an appointment. Three problems with the truck. Had truck for over week and fixed nothing, and zero communication with me. Took Ford 2018 150 in for oil change only ended up paying $250 ! I was told nuts were swollen. I just purchased 4 new tires 4 months ago and no one said a word about bad lug nuts it’s a racket I also paying $250 ! I was told nuts were swollen.
