2:30 service appointment. When entering the department I wasn’t greeted. I had to get the attention of a representative. While waiting for service of my car toured the new car When entering the department I wasn’t greeted. I had to get the attention of a representative. While waiting for service of my car toured the new car show room, not one representative asked if I had any questions. The sales offices were full of employees. Walked back to the service department and waited almost 2-1/2 hours for a simple oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be shopping for a new car at this dealership. Update: I got a call from the GM after my initial review apologizing for the poor customer service experience which I appreciated. He applied a service credit to my account for my next visit. More
