My transmission went out on my Ford. In spring Hill Ford came through with a quick diagnosis in one day. Then we had to wait for the warranty company to come through with the transmissio In spring Hill Ford came through with a quick diagnosis in one day. Then we had to wait for the warranty company to come through with the transmission. That took two weeks. Then spring Hill forward tells me it's going to cost me $2,000 more to complete the job. I then took the car to a transmission outfit who fixed it for the same price minus the $2,000 More

Ford Spring Hill is always clean & orderly with very knowledgeable staff, especially Todd Scott, & the exceptional Service manager Sparky Sandage. I have never found a dealership like this one in my 50 knowledgeable staff, especially Todd Scott, & the exceptional Service manager Sparky Sandage. From the minute I walked into the service department, just about everyone looked at me and said "good morning". There was coffee and treats out and my ride home was a very short wait. I believe Bonny was just about everyone looked at me and said "good morning". There was coffee and treats out and my ride home was a very short wait. I believe Bonny was my driver, she was very friendly and made for a comfortable ride home. The truck was delivered much earlier than I expect, which allowed me to run some errands.
