I received a friendly greeting by Anna right after getting our of my vehicle. In the past I have been to dealerships where the sales people do not even acknowledge you. I was looking for two new F-1 getting our of my vehicle. In the past I have been to dealerships where the sales people do not even acknowledge you. I was looking for two new F-150 for company vehicles. Anna listened to what I had to say and showed me several vehicles. I found one that fit our parameters. Anna also showed me a used F-150 Lariat that I thought my husband might like. A V-8 engine was the preference for all of our vehicles. Decided to purchase the Lariat and one F-150. Russ began a search for a second F-150 that fit my request while Anna started on paperwork. A third vehicle was found and I agreed to purchase that one also. Jeff Miner helped us locate a company that would be able to do some additional modifications on our service vehicles. He got the gentleman on the phone and I was able to speak to him while I was still at the dealership. Even though I was at Flammer Ford for a considerable amount of time, I was treated with courtesy and respect. My comfort was a priority for Anna. Anna worked with me like no other employee would have ever. She made it as easy as could be and got me the best price possible. When it came to the final porches, we weren't in there for more than 30 min because she already had everything set up for us before we arrived. Great experience. Took our 2007 Mustang in for preventive maintenance. Wanted the transmission and radiator flushed. Our Mustang has 174000 miles on it. Has been an awesome car, wanted to make it last a little longer. One and a half hours after dropping off the car I receive a phone call letting me know that the mechanic just test drove my car and the transmission is slipping really bad and it has no reverse. The mechanic tells me he wouldn't waste the money on a flush, the transmission needs diagnostics.Wow. Our car had NO ISSUES. I assumed they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me. I tell him it was fine and has been fine just do the flush. I just drop off my vehicle with no issues and you have the audacity to call me with a flat out lie rather than telling me the truth. Unacceptable. I have now learned that flushing a transmission with that many miles on it is very risky. Obviously they did the flush, killed my transmission and tried to tell me I brought it in like that. I was still charged for the flush. When we (my wife and I) complained, we were repeatedly told the mechanic test drove it before he worked on it. The Mustang has 174000 miles on it. We should have been warned. Charged 313.25 to kill my Wifes Mustang. Thanks Flammer Ford your awesome! I would have accepted it better if they had not lied to us. More

The friendlyness was awesome as well as the customer service to bend over backwards only to convienience my needs to be able to take my car home...
