Took our 2007 Mustang in for preventive maintenance. Wanted the transmission and radiator flushed. Our Mustang has 174000 miles on it. Has been an awesome car, wanted to make it last a little longer. One and a half hours after dropping off the car I receive a phone call letting me know that the mechanic just test drove my car and the transmission is slipping really bad and it has no reverse. The mechanic tells me he wouldn't waste the money on a flush, the transmission needs diagnostics.Wow. Our car had NO ISSUES. I assumed they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me. I tell him it was fine and has been fine just do the flush. I just drop off my vehicle with no issues and you have the audacity to call me with a flat out lie rather than telling me the truth. Unacceptable. I have now learned that flushing a transmission with that many miles on it is very risky. Obviously they did the flush, killed my transmission and tried to tell me I brought it in like that. I was still charged for the flush. When we (my wife and I) complained, we were repeatedly told the mechanic test drove it before he worked on it. The Mustang has 174000 miles on it. We should have been warned. Charged 313.25 to kill my Wifes Mustang. Thanks Flammer Ford your awesome! I would have accepted it better if they had not lied to us. More

I want to start off by saying I had the best experience ever by going to Flammer Ford in Spring Hill,Fl. My salesman -Bill Schiebert, went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time we needed to lo ever by going to Flammer Ford in Spring Hill,Fl. My salesman -Bill Schiebert, went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time we needed to look at the inventory with my husband and I that was in our price range and new what made ME happy,not just another sale if you know what I mean. The friendlyness was awesome as well as the customer service to bend over backwards only to convienience my needs to be able to take my car home... I couldnt believe the great interest rate I got ,so happy. I would highly recommend anyone to please go to buy either your first car or a used car at Flammer Ford . They aim to please!!!!! My husband and I purchased a truck from Flammer Ford in January and we very pleased with both the saleperson, Bill Schwiebert and the truck we bought. So, the following month we needed to purchase a secon January and we very pleased with both the saleperson, Bill Schwiebert and the truck we bought. So, the following month we needed to purchase a second car and because of the nice experience we had with the truck purchase we decided to return to Flammer Ford. We asked for Bill Schwiebert to help us and we were not disappointed. Bill Schwiebert was great to work with. He listened to our needs and helped us to purchase a car that suited both our needs and budget. Flammer Ford is very customer oriented and I would recommend both the dealer and Bill Schwiebert as a salesperson. More

I just purchased my first car and I could not be more happy with where I decided to buy my car at. Flammer Ford was one of the first dealers I stopped in at to look at a car I was interested in. I was informed about the vehicle and the price was negotiable, but I ended up not buying it and continued to look. Not once was I harassed by any of their sales reps, and I didn't receive a million phone calls. When I found another car I was interested in on their lot I called Anna, who was not only personable and patient with me during my search, but also honest and made me very comfortable to work with her, and set up an appointment to look. After i drove the car and received more information I decided that this was the vehicle for me! The price was negotiable, even though I would have loved for it to have been a little lower, but who wouldn't? And I was out the door in no time with my new car! I was so happy with my experience with Anna at Flammer Ford and I'm very glad she was able to help me with my search. If you decide on seeing what they have to offer you I HIGHLY recommend trying to work with Anna. I couldn't be happier with my experience. More

We purchased a car from Flammer Ford recently, and could not be happier with the overall sales experience. We have had nothing but trouble and hidden charges along with shady salesmen and practices with For not be happier with the overall sales experience. We were considering leaving Ford and buying from a different company because it just appeared that the customer experience programs were better. Flammer Ford has restored our Ford family values after Suncoast Ford and Ernie Haire Ford ruined the whole experience for us. Ernie Haire Ford didn't even prep or put gas in a new vehicle I had purchased, and let me drive away on North Florida Avenue at 5:30 pm on a Friday. Suncoast Ford threw in hidden charges and warranty coverage I had not ordered, along with not explaining anything about the car itself. Mark Hudson at Flammer Ford was truly transparent, friendly, and up front with the sale of our new Mustang. It really does make the driving experience better if you don't feel like you've been taken at a dealership. We would recommend Flammer Ford to anyone who is buying a new car, and we will be making our future purchases there as well. More

I have finally found my car dealership. Flammer Ford of Spring Hill is where I will be buying from. Bill Schwiebert ( sales professional ) was right on the money for me. I told him what I wanted and where Spring Hill is where I will be buying from. Bill Schwiebert ( sales professional ) was right on the money for me. I told him what I wanted and where I needed to be for payment and he actually LISTENED to me and showed me two options to get me where I wanted to be. Flammer Ford worked an incredible deal out for me ,and I got a beautiful Chevy Truck, almost a new Ford truck but I liked the options on the used Chevy I bought. Dave in financing made the paper work easy and not at all painful . The numbers came out just as Bill said they would. My THANKS to Flammer Ford of Spring Hill , GM Bobby , Sales Pro Bill, and Dave in finance. Can't wait to see how GREAT the service department is, first oil change in 3000 miles. Sincerely Jon G.
