I needed to purchase a new vehicle and I was very nervous since it is a large purchase and I keep my vehicles long term so I wanted a car I would be happy with long term. But when Bill Schwiebert walked up to me and introduced himself and asked how he could help me, I knew immediately this was going to be the most pleasant transaction of my life. He was very professional in his manner and attire; his friendliness made me feel very comfortable and at ease about the whole process. I had a car that I was interested in and he let me test drive it and made sure I was comfortable with it. He answered all my questions and concerns and even asked me specific questions to ensure that I would be happy with the vehicle I was wanting to buy; he even personally made sure I knew how to operate all the vehicle's features and accessories. He was very dedicated to making sure I was happy with the car and the price. I never felt pressured. He explained every line and detail in the paperwork so I knew exactly what I was paying for and again answered all questions honestly and sincerely. I purchased a used car. I got on the internet & seen I purchased a used car. I got on the internet & seen a couple,then I called got Nate's name. Then the next day I called & talked to a Steve, he told I purchased a used car. I got on the internet & seen a couple,then I called got Nate's name. I took it out on the Suncoast & it was good. So I stopped by my personal mechanic & had him check it out. It was good. I always have my mechanic check them out never know.It pays to be safe. I have never had so many nice people to deal with. These people are great to work with. If you ever need a car check them out. Oh I'm 66 & I have brought all my cars by myself. And they didn't treat me like "Oh here comes a Old lady" that doesn't know anything about cars. I have had my car for 11 days & they have called me 3 times to see how things are. I am still learning all the gadgets & still read the instuctions on how to run it. I have to laugh at myself. just a little old lady from Spring Hill(Pasadena) Ha Ha Just brought so haven't had it in to service yet.Don't know quality of work. More

I went in with hopes of getting a newer car for myself and not thinking that everything was going to work out. I was very wrong!!!
