Highly recommend I wanted a Mustang but did not like the base model they had on the lot. They found me the car I wanted and kept me in the loop the whole time. Nate Whitfield listened to my needs and directed me to the vehicle From the moment I walked through the door at Flammer Ford, I was treated as a VIP. Nate Whitfield listened to my needs and directed me to the vehicle that met those needs. When it became apparent that he would be tied up with another customer he respected my time enough to turn me over to Anna Psihas. Anna not only completed the sale but also notified Sirius and my insurance company of the transaction as a courtesy to me. Nate and Anna made buying a new car a very pleasant experience. I really appreciate the time they took to set up Sync and help me understand all the "bells and whistles" that came with my vehicle. These two sales people represent the general feeling of helpfulness and respect that exists throughout the dealership. I highly recommend Flammer Ford. More
