He new the product line and answered any questions we had, We took a test drive and discussed the difference in our old car and the new Fusion. The Technology in the Fusion is impressive. The engine I chose is the 2.5 with no turbo. I had already test drove last year the other two engines at a different dealership. We did own a 2007 Mercury Milan with a V6 so this Fusion is different in response, but not that bad either. More

Purchased a used ford ranger for my son I have been searching for this vehicle for awhile and never found one in this condition. It is a 2005 with high mileage but well cared for. I stopped in just to inquire and ended up purchasing the vehicle. The salmon, Rick, was very helpful and the sales manager was also involved in the sale. I also spoke to Mark Flammer, the owner, who told me to let him know if there was anything he could do to help. I feel I paid a little more then I wanted but the vehicle is worth the extra money. I would strongly recommend this dealership. More

2015 Escape LTX - friendly buying experience Great experience between the internet chat and the visit and the transaction. With a long list of dealers to shop on our day, I tried one more chat i Great experience between the internet chat and the visit and the transaction. With a long list of dealers to shop on our day, I tried one more chat in the morning before we left. Art answered that chat and he was great answering my questions quickly. I told him of my plans to visit several dealers and did not think I would get to see him during our trek across central FL. So, he asked if we would stop to see him or Nate first. Of all the internet chats, he was the only one who asked to be first, so my wife and I changed our plans and went to Flammer Ford first. Art was with a customer, so Nate took care of us - which was an understatement, he was awesome. Nate's service was top notch and kept us comfortable during the whole process. We were not sure of what vehicle to get, so we test drove a couple of models. The Ford Escape was perfect for our needs and comfort. So, we never did see any other dealer. Because the car was perfect and the service was outstanding, we now have a 2015 Ford Escape XLT. Quite frankly, there was no other reason to go anywhere else. My shopping experience with Nate at Flammer Ford was awesome. Did I mention that I hate car shopping/buying? Going to Flammer made the experience pleasant. Between Art, Nate and Mike, three cheers for Flammer Ford - Bravo!! More

Amazing I have been looking for a car for over 1 month. I walked up to the Ford location in Spring Hill, FL and Anna Maria Psihas greeted me with assurance, h I have been looking for a car for over 1 month. I walked up to the Ford location in Spring Hill, FL and Anna Maria Psihas greeted me with assurance, honesty, smile and radiating that she loved her job, along with a firm handshake. She welcomed me like she and I were friends for years and made me feel VERY comfortable and sure that we were going to find me a car. I've had several salespeople in the last month or so and they did not assure me that I should spend my money with them. I come from a recruiting background and I would hire Anna Maria based off her people interactions and how comfortable she makes a person feel. I will highly recommend her to anyone I know seeking a car. I had a Ford Contour in the past and it was not a great car for me so Anna also turned me into a true Ford believer.
