Ron spent a great deal of time explaining differences between vehicle types, and ultimately obtained a Focus Hatchback with every option that we wanted. The transaction was smooth, expedient and very professional. We indicated we real wanted to do business locally with Flammer, and Russ Silverstone worked with us on the trade-in and pricing of the new vehicle, Dave Donovan wrapped up the paperwork complete with new insurance cards, and Jeff Miner reviewed all the electronics operations.
