I didn't think that I would say this - but at Flammer Ford - the experience was a good one. They not only got me the monthly payment I wanted but - but it was a purchase! I was amazed when the General Manager came back with the number I was happy with! My sales rep Wayne was very professional and informed me along each and every step of the process. My wife and I got there at 10a and were there until about 3p. What sets this dealer above the others is their "personal" touch. It was a long day and to make our experience - they sent us over to Kallie K's for lunch. Way to go Flammer! More

The Best Experience in Buying a Automobile I have have ever I would like to start with the fact that Art Goldman took care of my needs from the moment I spoke to him, and that alone is worth everything to me.I I would like to start with the fact that Art Goldman took care of my needs from the moment I spoke to him, and that alone is worth everything to me.I have never bought a car off the internet before and spent several weeks looking at around a hundred cars on line and several locally here in the mid-west.This car was the best out of all I found and Art walked the vehicle during our conversation with me.He described every detail and pointed out the very small but important imperfections to a tee. This fine Lincoln was detailed and serviced in an excellent way and they bought me the first tank of gas.
