Buying a used car is a different experience than buying new. They use deceptive practices including hitting you with fees such as their prep fee ($395) for which they didn't even wash or wax the car; the new. This goes on top of their salesman telling me he was taking off a thousand off the price for being a return customer AFTER telling me I would get the $1000 lower price for financing through them. If you want the car, be prepared because they make money off huge fees they tack on at the closing. Do yourself a favor and just finance through your own bank because the "finance guy" Matt is stone cold inflexible and tells you they are allowed to charge higher interest rates because they can. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I continue to bring my other cars for service there even though their service department struggles at times. More
