I visited Smithtown Ford at the very beginning of my car search. Anthony was the first salesperson I spoke to. He was knowledgeable, informative and responsive. I spoke to numerous other dealers thereafter regarding a few different cars, and two other Ford dealers. His lease price was by far the best I received on comparable vehicles. I would say i shop for a new lease every 18 months as i do all of the vehicle shopping for my firm. I rarely end up with a deal with the first dealer I see. I appreciate a salesperson who will give me the bottom line when i ask for it. I don't always have several hours to sit in a dealership, and honestly, I don't love sitting there anyways. The entire process was painless and the price I was quoted was the price on the lease paperwork we were presented with. There were no hidden costs. Everyone that I dealt with at Smithtown Ford, from Anthony to the finance people to the staff handling my new vehicle's registration was professional and a joy to deal with. I will return to Smithtown Ford. More
I put a $50.00 deposit down to hold a used vehicle so my wife could decide if the car was right for her. The money was 100% refundable according to the sales rep. Frank Russo. I should have known better than to go here, so many bad reviews about this place! Worst dealership ever! Horrific customer service. Gave us the runaround!!! We didn't need a car we wanted one! The worst dealer I have ever experienced in all my years buying cars. Received survey from ford ,gave them a bad review,2 days latter Jim from dealership,ext 201 or 209 called and told me customers like me buying cars. Do not bring your car or truck here for service. My 2 month old truck was brought in for service and never seen again. They are all liars, they all acted like they didn't know anything, refused to talk month old truck was brought in for service and never seen again. The police even said they are lying (but couldn't prove it). I had to go through my insurance and am now in the process of suing them. DO NOT TRUST SMITHTOWN FORD!!!!! More

When I walked into the dealership I was sold a car under false pretenses. After having my car a year I went in for a transmission problem ( yes 1year old and 6,000 miles on a 2011 lincoln mkx) and upon leav false pretenses. After having my car a year I went in for a transmission problem ( yes 1year old and 6,000 miles on a 2011 lincoln mkx) and upon leaving i realized my radio wasnt working so i proceeded to ask the general manager to see if he can turn ir on and he got very irate and nasty saying that i had to bring in my car the next day. I asked him to please help me and he got into my face screaming nose to nose with me while i was holding nmy 18 month old daughter who then started to cry because she was scared. I am a tiny woman that is 25 years old. NO WAY TO BE TREATED! More
Lincoln Navigator power running boards intermitently fail to deploy since I took delivery in Aug. 2002. It's been in for repair numerous times and still is not fixed. This dangerous problem caused me to fall while exiting vehicle and fracture my spine. Service manager told me that there is a bulletin and a fix is in the works. It was supposed to be ready 1st quarter 2004. They still can't fix the vehicle. This is just one of many problems. The overall quality the vehicle and the dealer service department is very poor. More
