Don't walk, run from this dealership. I spoke with 3 different sales people over the last 3 years when I was interested in purchasing vehicles. Every vehicle I looked at had a ridiculous I spoke with 3 different sales people over the last 3 years when I was interested in purchasing vehicles. Every vehicle I looked at had a ridiculous mark up. Ok, covid hurt their business, obviously, but I don't really blame the sales people. It's obvious that they have to do what they do from the higher ups. Service department has been ok but I feel they are also limited to how much they can help you. Again, I don't blame any of the front line workers in sales or service. It's my opinion that it is the management of this dealer that is just bad. There are good Ford dealers out there. Ford Lincoln of St James is not one of them. The last thing I ever want to do is give a negative review but I feel it is necessary to warn people about bad experiences especially on such an expensive purchase. More

Mark Birthwright was personable, knowledgeable and if it weren't for him, this deal would never have taken place. He took an awful situation with Anthony and corrected it to our total satisfaction. I resent the fact that I was quoted one price by John Hughes and we made the deal accordingly.... and when I sat down with the finance dept, Anthony had changed the price. Fortunately, Mark got involved because Anthony did not seem to care one bit when we walked out. If it weren't for Mark, I would not be driving a Corsair from Smithtown. More
