Terrible experience! My brand new Lincoln Aviator had a leak in the sun roof. Was told it would only be a few days. My car was there 3 weeks! They received the part in about a week and then still my car re leak in the sun roof. Was told it would only be a few days. My car was there 3 weeks! They received the part in about a week and then still my car remained there for another 2 weeks. I was given a filthy dirty Lincoln MKZ loaner car with less then a 1/4 tank of gas. Not only will I not bring my car back there for service, I will never buy another Lincoln or consider buying a Ford because of this issue. More
