This dealership is a disgrace! They take advantage of customers! I made a reservation for the Bronco. Rocco the salesman called me and told me my ordering window was now open. So I made an appointment and my wife and myself went there to order our Bronco. Once we arrived we were told that if we still wanted the Bronco we would have to pay a premium of $5000 over sticker price! This is absolutely ridiculous! Why the xxxx did I have a reservation that is now not being honored? Basically since we refused to pay the “premium “ we lost our reservation slot which we PAID for! Now it could be a whole year before we can order even though we paid for our reservation slot! Ford of Smithtown is manipulating the system and taking advantage of customers! $5000 is a lot of money and I’m sure some fools out there will have no problem paying it, but doesn’t this dealership think that maybe some people can’t afford another $5000 with the way the economy is now?! This should be illegal. And if it’s not it’s definitely immoral. They told me it’s because they were expecting to get 120 Broncos but they’re only getting 64 that’s why they’re charging the “premium “. Do the math. $5000 x 64 =$320,000. That’s a lot of money they’re looking to make off of hard working people! Clearly they are only doing this because they are greedy! I honestly hope that no one will agree to pay this, but like I said earlier I’m sure there are fools out there that don’t mind being taken advantage of. What ever happened to dignity and respect? Obviously Ford of Smithtown has NONE! More

Ford and Lincoln of Smithtown's Service Department is SUPER!!!!! They got me in and serviced my Mustang quickly. Everything was done right and on time. Bought a used F150 w/ 20k mi on it. Being from out of town I obviously asked how the inspection was, was told basically like new. Great, I'll take it. Paid full asking price, not 1 penny less. Flew in my town I obviously asked how the inspection was, was told basically like new. Great, I'll take it. Paid full asking price, not 1 penny less. Flew in my father in law to pick it up. Dave Hyatt (the salesman) was great. Father in law leaves in a snow storm, makes it about 150 miles and boom. Blow out. Nothing like changing a flat in the snow. I get it, it happens right? Wrong, upon inspection once off the snowy interstate the tire failed because there was a plug literally in the middle of the sidewall on the inside. That's is illegal to plug sidewalls of any tire per D.O.T. but maybe they just missed the big hunk of plug hanging out the sidewall. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. That was until the following week when the rear brakes went metal to metal costing me to pay a shop whatever they wanted basically to get me back on the road. While the shop was doing my worn out brakes, they come get me and show me another plug in the sidewall of another tire. Unbelievable. So now my new truck has two new tires along with rear pads and rotors. Only put 2200 mi almost all interstate btw. Have called to speak to the sales manager at least 6 times, left messages on his answer machine and with several people at the dealership. Will not even acknowledge that I've called or had a numerous problems in such a short period of time. ***Updated review *** Have received a phone call from the sales manager who I felt genuinely did feel badly that I had slipped through the cracks. He also put forth the effort to make my bad experience right again. I was not looking for anything other than to voice my grievance, but he also has offered to pay for some of the repairs which I truly do appreciate. Thank you for taking the time. More
