I had been searching for a 2011 Ford F150 Raptor Svt. Kunes had the exact one I was looking for, exact color and option and the lowest price around. This is the most disorganized dealership I have visited in a long time. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Customer service, while attempted, is condescending at best.
