Steph started answering my emails and then was promoted. (I'm sure it was a much deserved promotion as she was great to work with). I was a little hesitate when Evan replied to my email letting me know but he picked it right up and couldnt have been best in answering my additional questions. We then decided to take the 80 mile trip to see the new truck in person and get the best possible trade in for our 2004 F250. Evan made this so easy and took time out of his night to meet us there. After seeing it we knew it was for use and then working with Nathan on the financing went very smoothly. Your Employees were all great to us and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and all our questions were answered. I know its out of our way to have the service work done but we are considering making the trip just because of the great service we received. John Andreoni was our salesman and told her she was under no obligation to buy the vehicle, had her drive it, and even before she went in to sign the papers, John again, told her if the final price isn't what she wants, then walk - she was under no obligation to "buy" it. How many dealerships will tell you that - our past buying experiences with Kunes on both sides has been great!
