We had done business with Kunes before and decided when we were looking for a new truck we would check them out. We found the truck he(we) wanted on the website,at the time we were on vacation. It was John's day off and he probably had plans, but didn't make us feel like he was rushing us. We were happy with the trade for our truck and the great customer service we received. AWESOME Dealership!! We were in need of a new vehicle (truck or Expedition), and we needed it ASAP. We were directed to JOE BRANDENBURG. Couldn't have asked for a friendly or better Sales person. We had our three little kids with us, and the dealership was very accomodating toward them and us. Joe took the time to show us different Ford trucks (as well as other brands) and Expeditions. He went over different styles, features and options on the vehicles so we could narrow down what would work best for our family. He patiently ran numbers for us, gave us time to talk and test drive the trucks. And set up all the installations for the extra options we had put on. The dealership even loaned us a truck to use while we waited for our new one to arrive. Eric stepped in help find our truck for us while Joe was unavailable one day. (Thank You!) And Kevin did a great job helping us with all the financing. Mr. Meyers was a HUGE help as well. Thank you guys all for everything! You not only were they all individually helpful, but had great teamwork as well. Every person we saw or talked to was always smiling, laughing and very friendly. We have been looking for a new truck for only about two weeks. With Kevin away working, it was me who had to go look at, test drive and try to work it out that we could get what we wanted and needed. I found our truck on the Internet the third time I entered the same thing in google, "Ford f350 for sale" and Kunes came up. With My last truck test drive experience a little to be desired, I wasn't sure how this was going to go. I drove the truck with Bill and here I am with a brand new F350 in my garage. My experience with Kunes Country Ford was Excellent. I live in a city about 30 minutes away and could not find a local dealer that could get the vehicle I wanted, within the budget I had set. Joe and Nate were very easy to work with and truly wanted me to get the vehicle that fit my needs. Apparently the service manager at Kunes Country Ford, Lincoln thinks that just because he kindly allows potential customers to take one of their vehicles home that they are obligated to buy buy buy!!! They learned today the hard way that not all customers will fall into this black hole death trap when buying a car. Upon returning the Car, Salesman "Joe" a short stack of a salesman, and his pea brained sales manager were pissed because they had spent the last 4 days trying to get a "deal" done, without any real coordination over the 4 day "test drive" of a xxxxx. of a car dodge Caliber they had originally listed for over 13K$$, it has 84K miles on it too! Buy a brand new one instead for 15K! These guys were not going to take advantage of me with the 4 day test drives they allow, along to go with is a guilt trip and crappy attitudes upon returning just because you need to "sit" on the thought of buying a car. Its not like it's a big investment or anything... so don't allow this to happen to you either, don't even waste your time going here, this is a very common practice at this particular dealership. More
