Wished that when I asked if the car had two fob keys that I was told no instead of yes. Picked up the car and had one fob key and one standard key. That was disappointing but not enough to kill the sale. Andrew was awesome and did all he could to make sure we were satisfied. Dan came through with an acceptable deal that we were happy with and we love our MKZ. Told Andrew to start looking for our next purchase, 3/4 ton diesel pick up extended or quad cab, that we will be looking for within the next 48 months. More

Our first exposure to Kunes Ford was at the 2012 Walworth County Fair. There we met John Andreoni who assisted my wife and I with our interest in a 2011 Shelby Cobra. John was working the Kunes Ford display of vehicles late on a Friday evening and even with several people pulling at him for assistance, John and the staff were very polite and helpful. At one point there must have been a dozen individuals looking at the vehicles all asking questions and looking for assistance. All of the team players from Kunes jumped in to assist other while allowing John to keep his attention focused on my wife and myself. Truly a great staff that knows how to assist their potential customers. More

My wife and I were very pleased with Craig when we purchased our new F350. He took great care during our time with Him making sure we were happy with all aspects of our deal. No problem. Sarah searched for cars for me and found one. She said it was a surprise. And it was an amazing surprise. She found me a 2010 Nissan Cube!!! It has all the features I needed and its cute! What made it so wonderful was Jessie's quick phone call with an approval to our online "not so perfect credit" application to start off. Then, we made an appointment that was convenient for us to meet with our salesperson, Craig, who proved to be genuine, caring, up front, and honest with us throughout the entire short process, that took all of 3 hours from start to finish over the course of 2 days (we were in on a weekend when the banks were closing early and returned on a Monday to finalize). They were able to work with us to keep within the budget that we had set, keep our payment low, and help us rebuild our credit. We were able to take our "new to us" truck home knowing that we had made the right decision, have become loyal Kunes customers, and made a new friend in both Craig and Jessie. I went to Kunas to start looking for my first new car. My sales person was Evan and right off the bat I could tell that he was not the 'typical' pushy salesperson. He arranged for my husband and I to test drive a few different models so that we could narrow down what we liked vs. what we didn't. Once we had it down to a couple of different models, we were able to start talking details. After reviewing options and costs with Evan, he got to work in finding me the 2012 that best fit my wish list. Evan was very responsive to my questions and we were in constant contact via phone, email and text. Just prior to finalizing my choice, Evan found a few more options for me to look at and then suggested that it may be more affordable for me to get the options I most wanted by looking at a 2013 Taurus SEL instead of the 2012 Limited. He was right. One day later my beautiful black 2013 Taurus SEL was waiting for me! Evan gave me the cliff note version on all the features / electronics and offered to spend more time if I needed/wanted to come back in. I'm very happy and appreciative of Evan's hard work, good communication and patience while I reconsidered all my options. :) We may be in the market for a second vehicle at some point and I plan to see if Evan's up for another 'project'...thank you Evan!
