She wasn't pressuring us, or condemning our credit, she gave us optimism. The day came to get a car. We drove from Milwaukee nervous that we weren't going to be coming home with a newer car. Once we got there everything changed. The positive attitude that Sarah displayed put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. She and Kristen fought for us to be financed together. This means a lot to me, there aren't a lot of places that allow for us to be together legally. This was the moment I realized I'm not just another customer, I'm a friend. She explained options on the truck completely. She also worked with me as I tried to find information she needed to complete the financing. She also helped me arrange the delivery of the truck to my husband's employment. She hand selected the delivery person to make sure the surprise and excitement we shared, was relayed to my husband at delivery. We completely surprised my husband and Pat made it fun and stress free. Kevin Kramer worked with me to complete the financing. He showed me the difference between rebates and low financing. He explained options that may be beneficial for our new truck. He was not pushy at all. He worked out a great deal for the purchase and took the stress out of a stressful situation. Bill Myers worked with us to close the deal. My husband wanted to make some changes to our initial financing agreement. Bill was very accommodating. When contracts needed to be rewrote, he happily did this for us. He worked hard to keep the original deal we had made. He was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was very friendly, people always asked if they could help me, offered me something to drink, and asked my daughter if she would like popcorn. Eric was the person in charge and at the end of the deal, he shook our hands and thanked us for the business. It is obvious that customer service is important to Kunes. They excel in this area. From purchase to price to delivery, they cannot be beat. We will definitely call Pat and purchase our future cars from Kunes. More
