I was met immediately upon entering the showroom by Dave Waro, who from that moment on, looked after my needs in a friendly, professional, and most importantly, "timely" manner. I was not familiar with Fords line of vehicles and Mr. Waro was most helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for, He listened to what I had in mind as far my transportation needs and I appreciate the fact that thereafter he didn't waste my time or his by trying to sell me a more costly vehicle than was needed or wanted. I'm sold!!!! In an age and time where customer service seems to be limited at best; it was refreshing to feel that someone actually cared about "My" needs and not just making the sale so to speak. My experience at this dealership was pleasant from the minute I arrived and the whole Ford Team seemed interested in seeing that my needs were met. I give an excellent rating to all aspects of this review because it is easy to see that the folks at Kunes really care about customer service throughout all phases of the buying process. They are friendly, give extremely competative pricing, and showed their interest in seeing that ownership of one of their vehicles would be an excellent experience. So! Keep up the good work folks and thanks to Dave Waro especially, I'll see you again in about three years or 120 thousand miles. More

In the past we've gone out of our way to purchase a vehicle from Kunes but now this is the third and most likely last time we purchase a vehicle from Kunes. Pat lied to us numerous times. She told us things worked on the vehicle that didn't. She quoted us repair prices on the vehicle after she said she talked to service. Later we found out by going directly through service that the price was significantly less. I used to think the sales people at Kunes were more honest and ethical than other dealerships. Now I see they have become the stereotypical "used car salesperson" and not to be trusted. They'll say anything for a sale. Not only Pat, but Brian the sales Manager. LET THE BUYER BEWARE when dealing with this company. I used to recommend Kunes to friends, but now I'll warn them. The only bright spot was that Michael in Service was great! Two thumbs up for him and the service department. I'll continue to go to Kunes for service, but not for sales. More
One of the most fascinating and yet daring experiences is to buy a car. I am happy to report that Shelly and Blake made buying a car a most rewarding experience. I was in the market for a quality used vehicle through the Fresh Start Program. I had received a few flyers from Kunes and went online to obtain more information regarding the program and to view their i the Fresh Start Program. They actually had FAQs online which answered all my questions, but I was not sure if I qualified for a vehicle. I decided to check with Special Finance; everyone was extremely helpful, and I did qualify. I worked with Pat, who is an extremely professional and caring salesperson. We worked together for a few hours and I drove away with an excellent newer used vehicle. Though I did have a very minor issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase, it was repaired immediately at no charge. I was very pleased with everyone at Kunes Country Ford. More
Had no problem when buying the car, however, when we had to call back about a mistake THEY made when paying off our trade-in, I had the worst experience ever. I have been a customer for twenty years and during the years I have bought all my cars, my children's cars there, and my late husband did also buy cars there. (Except the car I bought from Dane when he wa years I have bought all my cars, my children's cars there, and my late husband did also buy cars there. (Except the car I bought from Dane when he was working up in Jefferson.) We have always been able to get into a mutual agreement regarding price. It is always nice to deal with Dane and we have a great time going through the motion of haggling. Even though he sometimes withholds info, he somehow manages to make me think I've gotten a great deal. He is a great salesman and I do actually enjoy buying cars at Kunes. Dane understands my foibles and idiosyncrasies, and I think he is right when he claims no one else would put up with me ;-) The service department is great and very dependable. More

The reason that we came back to Kunes for our new car purchase was due to our previous experience when we bought a new car from Kunes. We have also referred others to Kunes and our son bought a new car purchase was due to our previous experience when we bought a new car from Kunes. We had previously talked with Sarah when we were in for service and told her that when we were ready for another new car, we would come to her. The first day that we came to look at cars (knowing that we wanted a 2013 Ford Escape)we did not have an appointment. Sarah greeted us right away and since she had another customer referred us to Craig. Craig listened to what we wanted and arranged for a test drive. We liked the vehicle right away but not necessarily the color. By this time, Sarah was available and Craig had a customer who had an appointment. We discussed with Sarah the color(s) and options that we were looking for and she found a car (FWD) which she offered to have brought into the dealership for us to look at. We came back the following week and drove that vehicle. We asked Sarah about driving a vehicle with AWD/4WD as we had the previously week and about other color options. She checked her inventory and found a vehicle with the color and 4WD that we wanted. After driving that vehicle, we decided that was the one we wanted. Nathan worked with us on the financing and did a great job working with Ford Credit. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, Sarah explained everything to us, helped us sync up our phones etc. taking her time and not making us feel rushed. When we left, we were given the feeling that Sarah and Kunes truly appreciated our business. Sarah has been great to work with. She gave us all the time we needed to make the right decision for us, telling us that this is a big decision and she also made us feel as if we were buying the most "expensive" car on the lot and we were her number 1 priority. Sarah is an asset to your organization and made this whole process very easy. As previously stated, the great experiences we have had with Kunes (sales and service) is the reason that we came back and did not consider any othe dealership. More
