Rick stays in communication with me appropriately, in the frequency I asked for and not more. He explained add-on products which I was not interested in but appreciated hearing about. I also appreciate the same out of the Sales Manager and the Financial Manager. For me, more than anything else, I appreciate that Kunes gives me the best possible deal at the time. I do my homework and appreciate not "playing the (perceived or real) games" that I get from other dealerships. PS Thank you Ford for not taking a bail out from the government! At first i was set in my mind not to buy a car here in delavan wisconsin only because there is the only one dealership here in delavan and people were telling me to go out to the big cities because ill ge delavan wisconsin only because there is the only one dealership here in delavan and people were telling me to go out to the big cities because ill get a better deal because they are competing against each other out there. well one of my friends are very well known at kunes and i mentioned to him im going to get a car he suggested lets go to kunes i said i dont know he said it dont hurt to go and look i said ok lets go. he went with me we were suppsed to meet up with danny but at that time he was out with another customer so we met up with evan. he asked me what i was looking for in a car, type of car,milage,price, color and anything else that i wanted, to get an idea of what i was shopping for. i told him i want a toyota camry was looking for around 2011 with low milage. i already went ahead and looked at other places to see what they were going for. so i took the oppertunity and said this is what i have to put down and i am looking for this price and the differece ill take out on a loan. at the end of the meeting we shook hands i went home feeling pretty good. for the next week and a half evan called me about 3 times to say things like were still looking we think we found one. towards the final end of that final week they found two and had them shipped to their dealership. i was called and went down to look at them. they found two 2011 toyota camrys one silver one dark grey one had 31,000 and the other had 38,00 i test drove the dark grey with 31,000 miles, i LOVED the car, everything about it just said this is YOUR car. roomy, drives and handles great. well i finished the drive and i was so convinced that i didnt even want to test drive the other car. so i put my game face on and went back into the dealership to talk price. i sat down at evans desk ( at this time danny and evan were already talking price) they came over to me showed me a peice of paper with the price what i was putting down and what i would be talking a loan on. i was shocked and excited at the same time. the car was ALOT cheeper than i thought, i said sold ill take it, so the next day i came back in to do the loan processing and i worked with kevin, let me say he was great he knew who to try to get the loan through since i have a bankruptcy on my credit report, he was very informational, answered any questions, and made sure i took out the packages i wanted, he didnt push me to do anything extra, what i wanted i got. so during this process i have learned just because someone tells you to go to a big city to buy a car is not always the case. dont judge a book buy its cover ( or what you hear) kunes is about the customer getting what you want and not telling you what you want, they will work with you as much as possible and will work to make you happy. they said to me its not about them wanting you to buy that one car its about you buying your next car, or even the one after that their at kunes. so thank you to all who has made this happen and didnt make me feel like i was chasing after something i couldnt have or afford. More

This is our third vehicle we have bought from Sarah, she is always friendly and helpful. After driving a few different vehicles we found one from a different location and she had is brought over that day (w is always friendly and helpful. My fiancee and I were looking for a car for him, as our work schedules were no longer matching up and we needed to add a car. Because we are young and recently out of college, most dealers abused running work schedules were no longer matching up and we needed to add a car. Because we are young and recently out of college, most dealers abused running our credit, didn't listen to our needs, or would set us up with a great car and then tell us we couldn't afford it. We came to Kunes for a 2007 Nissan Sentra, just to look at it. We planned to just drive through and look, but because of the snow we couldn't find the car. We parked and met Sarah Lawson. She listened to our needs and our price point. She showed us numerous cars (not just one or two that they wanted to upsell or get rid of) and truly cared about what we were looking for. When it was found that they may not have anything meeting what we were looking for, she looked elsewhere and found our ideal car at another dealership 45-60 minutes away. Someone drove and got the car and brought it back down to where we were. We were entertained (Sarah was fun to talk with) and taken care of while we waited. Our past experiences searching had us skeptical, but upon that car being brought to Kunes- it was sold. It met our price point (even with additional warranty and other add-ons). We found exactly what we wanted and could afford it. Kevin worked very closely with the banks to get the car approved for us even with our light credit history. This was a great first car buying experience. We will be back for servicing and when we need any repairs or another car. We plan to work with Sarah exclusively as long as she works there. For two recent college grads who were trying to advance our lives, this was a great experience and we were extremely satisfied with how we were treated and that we were listened to.
