Two weeks ago my wife went to the Chevy side to inquire about possibly purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman that helped my wife told her he would help us out and figure out some cars to show us, he took about possibly purchasing a new vehicle. Two weeks went by and we never heard from him. On Wednesday March 13, our car ended up blowing the motor so my wife called the Ford side to see if they could help. She was connected with Sarah Lawson who told us she could take our broken car on trade. We went in on Thursday March 14 and met with Sarah, she found some cars that would work in our price range and went over and beyond to help us in our situation. Blake and Kevin were great to work with. Very friendly customer service. We can't remember the name of the appraisal guy who negotiated the price of our trade-in.
