We went to Kunes Ford to buy a new car where we met with Sarah Lawson.She showed us a couple of cars that fit our needs. We wound up buying it the same night. Sarah was never pushy and VERY friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a very stressless and pleasant experience for both my husband and I. My husband had gotten in a car accident several weeks ago, and our truck was totalled. We had recently had some financial difficulties and couldn't find a dealer that would work us. When we received a letter in the mail from Kunes Ford, I called and spoke with Shelley who promised to do what she could to help assist us in getting a loan. When she called back several days later and said they might be able to help us, my husband and I were apprehensive that we would be able to find a car that would fit our needs. We have a family of 6 and also need a heavy duty vehicle to pull our boat. We agreed to make the appointment and hoped for the best. When we went to the dealership this morning, we were warmly greeted by each of the associates and introduced to Sarah, our salesperson. Sarah was very helpful and did her best to get us several different options. Even though we weren't able to get the truck we had originally wanted, Sarah found us a Ford Expedition that met our expectations for both size and recreation. She went out of her way to be kind to my 3 year old who was very playful and wanted several baloons which Sarah was happy to give her. When it came time to complete the financing, Kristen did a great job working out the details and promised to continue helping us in the future if we wanted to get a different car or refinance. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend the dealership. My husband and I both agreed we would come back to Kunes in the future to purchase additional vehicles, even though there are many other dealers closer to home. Sarah Ehrhardt More
Sarah and Kevin are wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to work with us. Sarah asked which bank we wanted to work with and Kevin called only that bank (after hours). The staff at Kunes was exceptional from the moment I arrived at the dealership with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Kunes gave me a great offer on my trade in and bent over backwards to put me behind the wheel of the vehicle I really wanted. I have purchased cars from other dealers and I can attest that Kunes is second to none and I will continue to do business with them as well as recomend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have bought 3 cars from Kunes. Bill Myers has always been really helpful in finding me the right car. This last car I purchased a car from Hannah Hoyt and we test drove so many cars. Time I will never get back again. Told our salesman that we would be there that night on the day I called him. He took all of our information over the phone stating that this way we would be in and out. A we would be there that night on the day I called him. He tried charging us 22,000 for the vehicle even though the sticker said 21,000. We were shocked since it was listed for 17,500 on the internet. After telling him that, he acted as though we were trying to pull a fast one on him even though I talked to him that very same day and mentioned the internet price to him. Supposedly it was a special that had ran earlier in the week and they had not gotten around to redoing it on the internet. They honored the internet price but lost at least 4,000 because they were unorganized. We came back the next day to pay for the vehicle in cash. I then told him that there were a few things that I would like to be done to it. We set up an appointment for these problems and also to have xzilon put on it. At the time this xzilon seemed like a good idea. What a waste. I researched this treatment and talked to several reps over the phone at the company that sells xzilon. They told me the paint had to be flawless(basically new car paint) in order to put this on. It wasn't. It's black so the swirl marks from hand washing were very obvious. There were also buff marks from them giving it a quick detail. After several phone calls to various people at the dealership explaining this I never got the answer I wanted. I even asked for my money back since we paid $1300.00 for this to be done and hadn't actually had it put on yet. They said no. Each one said that they would get all the swirl marks out(which I knew better with it being a black vehicle) and that there would be no buff marks left in it. They also said "I will personally look at it before they put the xzilon on it and make sure this is done." It looks ten time worse. There are buff marks all over it and the paint actually looks faded in areas. As for the swirl marks none of them came out. Also the problems I asked them to fix only one was done. During this whole process they knew what night we were bringing the vehicle and what time. We got there at the time we told them. Our salesman was in the middle of helping another buyer. Instead of one of the four sales people at the counter(doing absolutely nothing) helping us they interrupted him. An hour after we had showed up we finally got our loaner vehicle. After we had gotten down the road a few miles we noticed the loaner had no gas. so back we went. This is why I will probably buy from a private owner in the future. A lot of dealerships care about the money more than they do the customer. There are a few that don't but they are getting hard to find since there are becoming more big dealers than small. Hands down I will never go back there again. More

I was thoroughly pleased, happy, satisfied and surprised with Dave and Bill's help. Not once did they make me feel I was being suckered with my trade-in because I am a female.
