Had purchased my current vehicle in 2006 from Kunes Chevy and was interested in a used vehicle at Kunes Ford. Had received a down payment assistance voucher in the mail from them and when I inquired I was t and was interested in a used vehicle at Kunes Ford. Had received a down payment assistance voucher in the mail from them and when I inquired I was told that it was only good with Kunes Chevy but it doesn't state that on the voucher. I was contacted by Anna Bowler initially through email and then she called for some info last Friday. She kept in contact with me through email and the last correspondence I got from her was last Saturday when she asked for some info. I had informed her that the info would not be available till Monday. I contacted her the following Tuesday to make sure she received the info requested on the previous day but heard nothing. Called and left a message and sent 2 emails requesting updated and still have not heard from her. My past experience was good but when your obviously ignoring a customer I think I will take my business else where. More

I came to Kunes Country Ford with a sceptical mind. My wife had continually told me how good the dealership had treated her in the past. The great deals she would get and how friendly everyone was. We were test driving cars and being able to take them home for days at a time. My mother passed away during our car buying experience and it was abruptly cut short. We ended up returning our vehicle we desired to purchase due to financial obligations of the funeral and family. We came back three months later and traded in our van for a truck that is everything I wanted. The rear end was shot and you took care of that for me. To prove how good your dealership is, I tested them. The serpentine belt on the truck was torn the first day I test drove it. I did not say a word about it. I came in to pick up the truck I just purchased and Mike G. had informed me they had found the serpentine belt was junk and a pulley. The point is, you guys caught it before I had to say a word. Thats the kind of service and comfort I look for in buying a car. But I guess thats the sacrifice a guy like me makes when the deal of the day is riding on price rather than the service. Thank you all for helping. We will be back when momma needs her new car/suv/truck. More
Having shared a childhood with Jason, I wanted to come to Kunes to choose a new car. I thought I had my mind made up on a particular make and model--a Buick Enclave (my dream car). We were introduced to Sar Kunes to choose a new car. I thought I had my mind made up on a particular make and model--a Buick Enclave (my dream car). We were introduced to Sarah Lawson and she shared my excitement to finally try to make my dream a reality. We did drive the Enclave and loved it. When discussing what I really liked about it, Sarah thought I might want to take a look at a Lincoln MKX, as it may be a possibility as well. Once I drove it, I knew that this was "The one". Both Jason and Sarah listened to my needs, wants, and tuned in to help me find my new dream car. I can't say enough about how comforting it was to come into a dealership and be treated like family. The professionalism and knowledge that both Jason and Sarah posses is by far exceeding the standard. We will be returning customers, although with how much I love my new LIncoln MKX, it probably won't be for a number of years!! More

Found Sarah to be very helpful through out the purchase process and during the test drive. She pointed out all the features of the Escape and recommended the correct package to meet our needs.
