We initially came in to look at used Explorers. After testing out a 2010 model Sarah asked if we might be interested in a new Explorer. We did not think our budget would allow a new car purchase. Sarah offered to run the numbers through finance to find out the payments. We left to look at other used models at different dealers. Called Sarah back after getting frustated with the pushy salespeople we ran into and she had surprising news. For a small increase in payments we could get the new model Explorer. Even at this point she never pushed for an answer from my wife and I. We decided on the new model. Sarah offered to keep the service people late and get the detailing done so we could take it home that day ,or she would have it delivered to our house which is over an 70 miles away, after the detailing is done. To me that is nice service. The Explorer was delivered the following afternoon looking fantastic. By not being a pushy salesperson and making us comfortable Sarah made a sale. I will recommend Sarah to anyone I know looking for a car. And thanks to Stephany taking her time and patiently explaining all the finance details. More
