She was so nervous on our first visit that she scratched the Edge with a screwdriver when she was putting the plate on but the scratch was fixed and we bought it.. None of us will ever forget that. She has grown in her position over the last 3 years and become more confident and knowledgable but still the same friendly young woman. We love Sarah and Kunes Country Ford. Kevin handled all of our paperwork and did a great job. He explains things well and we love the checklist he has so he can keep up a conversation while taking care of business. You can tell he is a people person and enjoys working with the public. I don't know how anyone could ever be mean to him. We live near Rockford, IL and there are several Ford dealerships closer than Kunes but it is worth the drive to work with the professional staff there. Kunes Coutry Ford changed my life. I went there because my old car was 13 years old and lately I spent a lot of money to repair it. My credit history wasn't great. Finally I was told to try one more time....in Kunes Country Ford in Delavan. People there who tried to help me get back on my feet, spent with me almost 5 hours. They were trying many options. Different cars, different great financial deals and most important...they were really taking great care of me. This was the best experience of the past few years. I've been leasing the car they found for me for about a week now. Through this process I will rebuild my credit score and after the lease will expire I will go back there for a new deal.
