I have worked in sales and customer service for over 10 years, and I will say car shopping was becoming very stressful. I previously was working with a local Ford dealership which was awful. They took my years, and I will say car shopping was becoming very stressful. I previously was working with a local Ford dealership which was awful. They took my deposit and sat with it while they wasted my time, and then told me to pick something different...Well if I am buying a brand new car, I am NOT settling for something else. It came to the point where I thought I just wasn't going to buy a car, this was becoming too much of a hassle. I thought I'd try one more place, and came to find that it really is about where you go... I spoke with someone over the phone before coming in and I was told that, "aren't just a dealership." I was thinking in my head, yeah right... But they really aren't. The company itself has a core value to satisfy their customers. If I got upset about one little thing, someone was there immediately to resolve my discretion. Also money was important too, I did not expect my new car to be 3,000 cheaper than all other dealerships I went to. Other dealerships that offer you steaks or jerseys with your car purchase, RUN they are ripping you off!! Unless of course buying a new car wasn't the main priority of the visit, and the jersey sweetens the deal. This is the only business that I have had the pleasure of working with, which has actually exceeded my expectations of a business. They are there for you anytime, and all the employees are wanting to make you happy. They don't have to speak to all the superiors to get something done while your waiting wondering what the outcome is, they handle then and there. It is refreshing that some business's pride themselves on customer service, they don't just promote that... They actually do that! Thank you Kunes! More

My experience at Kunes in Delavan was much like my daughters. She had bought a used vehicle there about a year ago. She had recommended that I go there because of the great service she received. Dave Waro and Kevin Kramer both went above and beyond to help me find a car that was a great fit for me. Because of my special circumstance this was not entirely easy. i started looking around the lot looking for a mustang GT or a Camaro SS, I looked around for about 20 minutes before i was greeted by Shawn, i told him what i was looking for, the best part about shawn is t or a Camaro SS, I looked around for about 20 minutes before i was greeted by Shawn, i told him what i was looking for, the best part about shawn is that he listen to what i wanted and not just tried to push a vehicle on me that he thought he could sell, so he started taking me around the car lot looking at each car nothing was quite good enough till we came across a 2011 Mustang GT. the car was perfect but a little outa my price range so he brought in Kevin to help me out. Kevin worked very hard to get my payments down to where i can afford it. they gave me a great value on my trade in, id like to add Sarah in also she was awesome as well i would recommend either as a sales person, They all worked very hard to make my dream of owning a Mustang a reality something I thought was not possible they made possible. I had always head good things about Kunes Country. My son started looking there for his first nice vehicle, and we had a great experience! I am sure that when he is ready to upgrade his 2004 Ford Escape son started looking there for his first nice vehicle, and we had a great experience! I am sure that when he is ready to upgrade his 2004 Ford Escape, that he will come to Kunes Country!! My experience has been nothing but fantastic! All the people have been very friendly! I had decided that it was time to trade in my 1999 Mustang (so sad!!), and get a vehicle that would be more practical for myself and my now extended family. Fitting my 8 year old granddaughter, and my 7 year old grandson (and car seats) in the back seat of the Mustang was NOT fun!!! My husband is almost 6' tall, so getting in and out of a car so low to the ground wasn't getting any easier. I came to look at a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer that I had seen online. I came right after work on a Friday night, so my husband did not come with me. I really didn't come with the intention of buying a vehicle so soon. But I looked at it, and I loved it. I drove it home that night, and my husband and I came back Saturday morning and I bought it!! Dave was a wonderful person to do business with. He never pushed me, he answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns. He and Kevin set up a wonderful payment plan that I could afford. And now I am happily driving the nicest vehicle I have ever owned! Thank you Kunes County!!! More

I wasnt really sure what kind of used vehicle I wanted after driving a minivan for so long. Aaron Myers made some suggestions & came along on a few test rides which helped so much in my decision making p after driving a minivan for so long.
