After searching for a new work truck for over a month and dealing with many dealerships, I knew I found the right fit and salesperson for me at Kunes Ford in Delavan. After talking to Sarah on the phone abou dealing with many dealerships, I knew I found the right fit and salesperson for me at Kunes Ford in Delavan. After talking to Sarah on the phone about the vehicle I was interested in, I drove an hour the next day to take a closer look at a new F250 and to deal directly with the voice behind the phone. Needless to say I was more than blown away by the attention and service I had received from Sarah during the car buying experience. I have talked to many dealers within the past month and am happy to say not only did I find a new sales person for my personal vehicles, but also for my work fleet. Im happy more sales people are not like her only because she has made the exception to my outlook on car sales by being 1 out of a thousand and for that I thank her. Not only did the sales team blow me away but the finance team was out of this world. I dealt with Stephanie on the finance end and she was able to find the right finance options that would work for me. Never once did I feel pressured to choose an option, and she worked with me to get the best finance and rebates possible without making me feel rushed or hurried. I was able to be myself because and comfortable with both teams as they were also profession but down to earth and a peer. I hope more customers can be helped by these two and car dealerships can learn about great customer service through this. Thank you Kunes. You have renewed my faith in the auto sales industry. If you're looking for a vehicle, look no further than Sarah at Kunes Country Ford in Delavan! She is by far the best person to find what you are looking for. I was in need of a decent family car. She knew what I was looking for right off the bat. She pointed me in the right direction and I had plenty of options. We ultimately bought an '09 Focus that was perfect for our family. The trade-in was in Illinois. So she arranged to pick it up and deliver the new car to our home! Can you believe that?! It arrived exactly on time with a friendly driver with a smile. Unbelievable! Sarah's concern for her customers goes way, way far and above! Her knowledge of product is deep and far reaching. Also, their service department is excellent and pain free. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Kunes Delavan and have NEVER been disappointed! I will not buy another vehicle from anywhere else. Neither should you! Five Stars!!! More

I have purchased two new cars at this dealership. Both times, service was helpful and very friendly. They get you in and out in a timely manner and are always available to answer any questions that you ma times, service was helpful and very friendly. I purchased my first ever brand new vehicle from Sarah and was very very pleased with her work. I was recommended to her from a co-worker who swore by her and im glad I took his advice. She took the extra effort to find what I was looking for and worked with me to get what I was looking for on my trade in to make the deal successful. Between her and Stephany Whitted they both made things as easy as possible to come in, make the deal and make me a happy customer. If I ever buy a new vehicle in my lifetime I know where im going. Rough start with some miscommunication, but in the end all was made right and I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. They were quick to apologize and make right the mistakes they had made and that all was made right and I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. The only thing that I did not like was that the car I purchased was given to me with an almost empty gas tank. They did end up putting $20 in the tank though. Not sure why every car that comes off the purchased was given to me with an almost empty gas tank. They did end up putting $20 in the tank though. This is the 4th new vehicle my family has purchased from Kunes Ford (in addition to 1 used car). Today's experience was no different than our experiences in the past, in that, as always, we received fantas Kunes Ford (in addition to 1 used car). Today's experience was no different than our experiences in the past, in that, as always, we received fantastic, friendly service. When we were into the dealership about a month ago, we talked with Sarah about a car. She said that she would start working immediately trying to find us the best possible vehicle for our dollar. AND SHE OUTDID HERSELF. She got us a 2013 FORD Edge Sport with EVERYTHING. Of course this was all contingent on getting a monthly payment that we could live with. Kevin worked numbers in several different ways and was able to come up with financing through Ford Credit to meet our needs. Stephany followed up with me to ensure that everything was ok (It was more than ok!) Before I left, Sarah ensured that everything was perfect with the car - phone set up, understood newest features of this Edge, windows were cleaned personally be her, We cannot say enough about the entire staff at Kunes, but particularly Sarah. She always makes you feel as though you are visiting a friend when you come into the dealership, not a sales person. We appreciate her honesty and her enthusiasm for the cars she sells and for the dealership she works for.. Thanks again for another great car buying experience. We will be back and we will continue to refer others to you. More
