I visited Kunes a month ago and wanted to buy a used vehicle. Sarah was the salesperson I told her I would come back when I had a down payment. Yesterday, that is what I did. We looked at a few different cars and she said "I have the perfect car for you!" Knowing my credit wasn't that good. I was not ready to finance anything. She told me to just try filling the credit application out and see what happened. My credit wasn't that bad but, the bank wanted me to pay a higher interest rate. Dan Kunes stepped in and made numerous phone calls and pulled many strings to help me out! I can't say how much I TRULY appreciated that. They verified everything and made the process easy for me. Frank Schmidt was an excellent salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about all products on the forecourt and was able to compare one with the other pointing out advantages and disadvantages. Price negotiation was conducted in a friendly and receptive manner leaving us feeling it produced a win-win situation for both sides. Stephany Whitted made the paperwork easy and was extremely competent at her job. We left feeling that both Frank and Stephany cared about providing a good customer experience and took pride in being part of a dealership winning several accolades in the recent past. We were also introduced to the sales manager giving back-up to Frank. Jim Walters completed the transaction as it was late into the evening before we were able to drive away with the purchased vehicle. His contribution was also appreciated. They all contributed to being a great team. The whole experience was first class and marks the beginning of what is hoped to be a long standing future relationship. We hope to return again for parts, servicing and when the time comes to consider a replacement vehicle. More

This is the 5th or 6th vehicle we have bought from this dealership. We live 40 minute away from this dealership and there are other Ford dealerships that are closer, but we always make the drive out ther dealership.
