Until 3 yrs ago, I had always bought my cars from private owners. But 3 yrs ago my wife was in a No Fault accident, & we had very little time to find a car that met within our price range. My 1st experience was wonderful 3 yrs ago, & todays experience really showed me, how much Kunes Country cares about their Customers. I raised my kids in Walworth County, & had always heard positive feedback from other customers. Also, we've had/ & have family members that have bought from them, & have loved their service. The car 3 yrs ago, we did not finance. But the one we bought today, we did. I bring this up because, in both experiences, the out come was the same. I felt relaxed because, I didn't feel like I was being pressured with, hard sales tactics. John Andreoni (Salesman), & Kevin Kramer (Finance paperwork) treated my wife, & myself, with the utmost respect.. Bent over backwards, to find us the Car/ & Van (we ended up buying) that fit our budget, & then Kevin worked to get us the right financing, that out our payments right where we could afford. The owner of Kunes, & his staff has totally changed my poor opinion of dealerships.. at least when it comes to their car dealerships, & I actually felt like they cared about our situation, & did their best to put us in the Van we wanted. And made it easy for us. I appreciate finding local businesses, where they make the customer feel important, because I'll never go anywhere else for cars. More

I think Sara did a great job because she allowed me time to make a choice.She offered many options and educated me on everything from colors to mpg .I had to delay my efforts to purchase at least twice ,so to make a choice.She offered many options and educated me on everything from colors to mpg .I had to delay my efforts to purchase at least twice ,so she kept me in the loop without putting pressure to buy .And when the right truck became available she informed me in time to buy the truck I needed and would enjoy .The Kunes staff also supported her efforts from prep to Rojer having to deliver in a timely manner.It is the best way to get a new or used car .The are no better choices available!And im not the only one in the area that thinks that way.Nice job Sara!
