Everybody at Kunes was great. We had to travel from Fond Du Lac to test drive the car we found on the internet. We got in late but Joel hung in there with us and we got the deal done. The business closed at 5 p.m., yet Pat and other staff,Kevin Kramer and Evan Wagenaar stayed until I was done purchasing the vehicle at 8 p.m. I was considering purchasing a vehicle from the dealership at noon and Pat sold me a vehicle and I was out of the door(In my car) by 8. I never felt rushed, like most dealerships I've been to. This is a good feeling for me as a purchaser. This is a large investment and should not be rushed. I noticed that Nick Connelly had a difficult customer that he was dealing with, yet he continued to have a smile on his face, and sold a vehicle. Great job all around. I had a challenging financial situation but Kevin worked very hard to get me a loan at a rate & payment that I was comfortable with. I had an issue with my previous vehicle which was a nation-wide problem and there was a backlog for the part; it was not available for 6 weeks. I was given a rental car that was actually an upgrade from my own car. The service department is also very customer service oriented; as is the entire dealership. More
