The car was nice but I could not come up with the price I needed. Joel then told me about another Buick that he had but that was a 2002 with less miles. We took it out for a test drive interested in this car, so Joel went to find out what he could do for me. We came up with a price that was ok with me driving it home the same day. So far I am happy with the purchase and hope to drive it for many years. Steven Slinde More

I had email Pat Pahmeier for about a week letting her know what I could afford and what I wanted. She had a car picked out for us, but I never asked her what color it was.(big mistake on my part) When my wife saw the color was green, she turned red pretty quick. She did not want that color of a car. Pat took us to look at other Fiesta's and we found a burgandy one. The test drive went smooth, but we were afraid it would go over what we budgeted. That is where Kevin Kramer comes in. He worked with Ford Credit, to get us the best deal he could. He was also fun to talk to as we waited for the paperwork part to get done. I've sat thru some pretty boring paperwork sessions of buying a vehicle,but Kevin was a perfect fit for us. In the end we bought a better car than what we originally looked for basically the same price. I want to also mention we were on time constraints because of the distance we had to drive, so everything had to be done rather quickly. Pat got us thru the experience and we left Kunes Country Ford happy first time customers.We look foward to going back for another vehicle in the future. More

Service dept. applied Xzilon in a timely fashion and they didnt miss a spot. Next day I took Four new tires that I purchased independently to the dealership and they installed them no questions asked and fil didnt miss a spot. Tires took about an hour and a half and I was out of there....not too shabby. Will continue to use the service department at Kunes Country Ford in Delavan, WI. More

My wife and I just purchased a 2011 Fusion from Kunes. This was the second time we worked with Sarah Lawson buying a car. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.
