The Good, we went to Kunes to purchase our third vehicle from them in about 3 years, we love this dealership. The Bad (not the dealerships fault), we were looking for a specific type of vehicle and after 3 days of looking we gave up as nothing was fitting in our budget. The Best, Sarah Lawson-Barr and Ashley Whitted worked tirelessly to find a new vehicle that would work for me and my wife and after my wife and I gave up our search, Sarah and Ashley were working hard to find a vehicle that would work for our budget and still provide the options we were looking for. Two days after my wife and I gave up our search we got a call about a car Sarah and Ashley found that ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The were able to get our payments lower then we were currently paying and still provide an excellent warranty and all the options we really wanted in a car. Amazing Experience! Within the last couple of weeks I was having issues with my Montero Sport due to old age! After talking over with my parents about getting a new car t Within the last couple of weeks I was having issues with my Montero Sport due to old age! After talking over with my parents about getting a new car they recommended me to go to Kunes Country Ford and to work with Sarah Lawson! Best decision I made! Sarah spent endless hours with me going over different cars, letting me test drive, and without pressuring me to buy anything right that second! She was very patient, understanding, welcoming, friendly, and just an overall great employee there! Whenever I had a question I would message her or call and she would reply back right away with a response. I liked that I could take my time and not have to rush into anything without being 100% sure on my decision. When we finally narrowed it down to what car I wanted, which was the Ford Fusion, she sat with me at her desk for hours and went over numbers, comparing prices and payments on a new and used car which was perfect! Seeing the numbers in front of you and comparing them was a huge help. I won't go to any other car dealership besides Kunes Country Ford because the experience there was like we're part of their family! Kevin Kramer was another one who was a huge help! He explained all the financing to me and anytime I didn't understand something, he would take the time and be patient to explain until I had a full understanding! Helping in purchasing a car had to do with offering options that worked within our budget but still included our must have list. Paul, at first distracted by his multi-tasking, soon adjusted his attention to us. I enjoyed watching his transition to focusing on the task before him, answering our questions and finding us a car! Mike, Sales Manager, really helped in why we should buy at Kunes. You can tell he really likes working there, although he made it seem like he wasn't at work at all. Kevin, Finance was really a joy. The anxiety of signing all those papers and getting to the bottom line of payments is nerve racking. He had us smiling all the way through the process. My only complaint, which is more of a suggestion, is their phone system. My calls were pleasantly answered but when asking for a specific person I waited only to be connected to their voice mail. I found out later that one time the person was busy, another was that they were not even at work. The latter call I asked to be called back ASAP, which frustrated me because I didn't get my call. Calls before going to voice mail should hear "I'm sorry, Mike's unavailable right now." or "I'm sorry, Paul is not in today (or will be in later today)." Overall...A great place to buy a car! More
